2-3 inch piece of banana
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 tablespoons milk of choice
dash of salt
Put banana into a microwaveable mug/bowl and squish with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute (depends on microwave). When cooked, the muffin will be firm to touch.
