Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1/2 teaspoon butter, unsalted
Instructions:
Spread the peanut butter on one side of the tortilla in a thin layer.
On low heat, melt butter in a frying pan and coat the bottom of the pan.
Put the tortilla shell into the pan, peanut butter side facing up. Let the shell stand for about 1 minute or until peanut butter melts.
