Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 green apple chopped
2 dashes cinnamon
Instructions:
Add oats, almond milk, flax seeds and honey into a container (such as a glass jar) and stir, ensuring all oats come in contact with the milk.
Stir in chopped apples and cinnamon.
Refrigerate overnight. Grab and go in the morning.
Prior to serving to children, you may want to warm up in a microwave for 10-15 seconds.
