Somewhere I read, “For any great shift in society to occur, or the world for that matter, we must first reach a tipping point - a critical mass, if you like.” If we think about it, most if not all of the great “shifts” throughout history occurred when a thoughtful, committed and comparatively small group of individuals came together with a shared passion and purpose.
