Now and again, people write to me with remarks about my columns, workshops and talks. Mostly, they send me emails with comments like, “Great story,” “Made total sense” or “Now I understand why this is happening.” Sometimes they offer suggestions about books I should read, movies I must see or someone I should meet. Occasionally, someone will take the time to write me an actual letter and share his or her life story or experience, and that’s always appreciated.
