“Graduates, parents, family and friends,” announced the emcee, “Mr. Brick Ward.”
Everyone applauded and so did I. Appropriate or not, I chuckled at the name. What kind of name was Brick? I was surprised when a distinguished-looking man stepped up to the podium.
