“What if there’s no such thing as reincarnation?”

I knew my buddy Lloyd was only being partially facetious. He had some real concerns about the current state of his life and the choices he would need to make to rectify the situation.

“There are things I should have changed ages ago, but I didn’t.” I knew his relationship was one and his job was another – he hadn’t been truly happy in years. “Part of me thinks suffering is my penance for poor choices and it’s too late to change directions now.” Lloyd confessed another part of his psyche constantly prompted him to do just that – to make a U-turn.
