Ten after 1 pm: nearly time for my self-esteem session to begin. I had recounted the handouts, cued up the music for my guided meditation and even found time to sit in quiet contemplation. This session would be similar to the one I had conducted a year prior for the same organization. Response to that session had been great so I was looking forward to another fun gathering.
