After Erlan had reunited with his parents, Vasati and Sanev, at the refugee camp, he returned to find Penelo. Zeno watched as his daughter cried into her mother's chest. Nuala soothed her distraught daughter. Carrying Vanima in her arms, Fariane approached the family and addressed Zeno.

“We need to meet with Morthil and Qamara in the council room.”

His face scrunched in worry looking over Vanima. When Saida coughed, he said, “Of course. Right away. Please follow me.” Looking over at his wife, he said, “Nuala, please take care of our daughter. I have business with the council.”

“Of course, Zeno. Erlan is back and he will be with us to help.”
