It takes exactly three days, thirteen hours, and seven minutes for a drone to be upgraded with the improved Lake Drone Syndrome and to be retrofitted with an ocular camera. It takes four times that amount of time to turn an ordinary citizen into the upgraded version with ocular camera. Therefore, logic dictates that in order to achieve the fastest turnaround, only already-made drones are given the upgrade. Sadly, not every drone is receptive to the upgraded virus; therefore, both drones and the virus strain must be tested extensively before beginning the process.
