~Taco Sweet Potato~

2 sweet potatoes, scrubbed and skin on

1 lb ground beef

1 envelope McCormick taco seasoning

1 cup Mexican cheese

½ tsp brown sugar

¼ tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

     Slash several small holes in potatoes with knife and bake at 375* for 1 hour.

     Meanwhile, in saucepan, make taco meat according to pkg directions on back of taco seasoning pkt.  When done, add brown sugar and pumpkin pie seasoning.  Keep warm.
