~Pizza Muffins~

***As a kid, my mom made pizza muffins about once a week.  They were quite a favorite at our house.  She usually made ours with ground beef, and every once in awhile, pepperoni.  I use the turkey sausage, so I can have a little extra spice.  And onion and pepper for crunch.  YUM!! 

3 English muffins, cut in half to make 6 muffin rounds

1~ 6 oz can tomato paste, thinned out with ¼ to ½ cup water
