~Terrific Tamales~

1~ 15 oz can Hormel Tamales

½ cup diced roasted red pepper

1 tbsp dried minced onion

3 cups angel hair cabbage

1 cup shredded Mexican cheeses

½ cup fresh Pico de Gallo

Dollop sour cream

     Preheat oven to 350*.  Spray 8X8 baking dish.  Unwrap tamales from paper and lay carefully in dish.  Top with cheeses.  Set aside.
