~Roast Beef Sandwiches with Garlic Bread~

*My husband isn’t a really overly big fan of garlic like I am, but he raved to the rafters about this recipe I made up.

4 slices premade garlic bread (I get mine from the deli section)

4 medium onions, sliced

1 stick unsalted butter

1~ 7 oz pkg thin sliced roast beef

2 slices pepper jack cheese

     Preheat oven to 375.*

     Lay slices of garlic bread on cookie sheet.

     Meanwhile, cut onions into slices and put in big skillet with melted butter.  Cook until translucent, but not browned---yet.
