~Pink Salad~

     I have no idea where this recipe came from.  I grew up with it all my life.  I think I do remember hearing my mom say, years and years ago, that it was my grandma’s, but I’m not sure.  This is more of a dessert than a meal dish, although, I have been known to eat it for breakfast.  My mom made it for every summer get together we had with relatives and the bowl was always spooned clean.  For me, it’s good anytime, and I can probably eat most...
