~Hard Boiled Eggs Benedict~

   Once again, I can’t have the little breakfast pork chops that go with this, so I give my hubby an extra one for me.

4 hard boiled eggs (some stores already have them hard boiled in a pkg of a dozen, if not, hard boil 4)

1 pkg Knorr Hollandaise Sauce mix

2 breakfast pork chops

4 tbsp organic maple syrup

4 pieces rye bread torn up OR 2 English Muffins slightly browned and torn up into bite size pieces

     Put 4 eggs in saucepan of water and just keep warm.
