eyes open, unfocused
looking through me to
another time
the still surface reflected
clouds drifting
shadows passing before her face
obscuring and revealing her
slightly parted lips
her lips
a tiny bubble was caught
in the corner of
her red, red
lips
i had kissed her lips
her eyes
unfocused, seeing beyond the
clouds drifting between us
beyond us
she lay in water
eyes open
