america
the parking lot
land of the drones
where freedom's
just a word we've forgotten
how to spell
where love and joy
and creativity
belong in zoos with the rest
of what we've stood dumbly by
and let die--
does anyone even go
to zoos anymore?
gotta catch 'em all
but pixels can't feel
or reason
they just reflect
the hideous perfect sterility
of lies we blindly eat
believing them rare caviar
not realizing
we're gratefully swallowing
sludge
