It never stops

inside my head

the screaming

the flashes

the dark voices saying slaughter my dog

the panic

the fear

the racing thoughts

oh the racing thoughts

I pray for a quite that never comes.

Manic Depression consumes me daily

while the Borderline defines my relationships, and destroys them

Anxiety makes me shake violently

and PTSD makes my trauma play on a movie reel loop.

Who wants to take my mind for a test drive?
