I’m struggling right now, like most people, with this new uncertainty. The world; my world has changed immensely and I’m not sure where to go form here. In a way it feels ridiculous to complain about it because everyone is going through the same thing in one way or another. 

Part of me likes this new way of life and resents the idea of going back. I know before the world changed I was feeling very overwhelmed. I felt overwhelmed by expectations for myself and for my son. I felt overwhelmed by obligations to friends and family. Now I don’t feel any of that and it’s been a great relief. My health including my migraines have greatly improved during this time. My stress level has been much lower.
