CHANNILLO

Spider Rumba
Series Info | Table of Contents

The spider bounced and weaved at the end of her tether as I attempted to pull the sticky stuff out of my hair. The web cleared my hair after the 3rd pull. I deposited the arachnid on the cement and bade her good luck on her way.

She appeared dazed and dizzy but scurried off after a few seconds. Most garden spiders spinning webs are female hence I refer to my surprise companion for a few minutes as "she."
