I need to mow

I need to change my tires

I left my wallet on the dresser

when I left for work this morning

had to turn around and get it

I caught it pretty quick, one of

the few gifts of neuroticism

got back onto the road and

out into it

no one knew what lane they

needed but they all knew

they needed to get to the

slowdown gridlock

in a hurry

I never hurry when I

drive,

these days I'm either

driving to work or

home from work

and in the former, I've

never worked a job worth

dying to get to, and

the latter isn't much use

if I'm splattered along

the highway,
