her smile lures one near, her intentions innocent

their interpretations not always the same. 

individuality and pizzazz make it harder for the simple-minded 

to grasp let alone understand, always they act out the wolf

and she falls victim to her oversight of kindness

her looks always sharper than a fresh blade

those not so intimidated are easily predictable.

she does not ask for the hate, does not bring forth the violence

but again and again, she slips into the role of victim

unintentionally always in the reach of the blade's end
