i really did not remember much from that night; it was all a blur. i definitely remembered beating up that guy for rowan. i didn’t regret that, even the next morning when my whole body was in pain. there was no way i’d let rowan get hurt. it was the way he was and i still had to protect him, he needed someone. maybe if i was nicer to him then one day he would stop doing that shit. he was just a kid.
