i immediately felt out of place at this party. obviously i wasn’t really good at being normal anywhere, but after everything that had happened it felt really strange to be around crowds of people my age. i was so used to sleeping all day and staring at levi. but now i was standing beside him and i barely recognized him. in the light his skin looked darker than usual and i could no longer see his pupils. his freckles just blurred with his pores and his skin looked flawless when the bedside lamp lights weren’t washing over his skin. i missed his acne. he looked like everybody else here… if you didn’t look at his outfit. of course he was wearing a hawaiian floral shirt and a pair of plaid pants. it looked stupid as ever, but a smile poked at the corners of his lips when h...
