3. Description of incident

    While riding her horse, Beau, during scheduled equestrian classes, patient was thrown from her horse. According to the counselor in charge, the horse was fine one moment, then suddenly spooked, and then fine again.

4. Description of specific symptoms

Patient exhibits extreme tenderness in her left arm. Based on initial examination, the injury seems to be a sprain rather than a fracture. However, patient complains that any contact with the injured arm causes her immense pain.
