3. Description of incident

    Patient indicated that after her return from the campout, she began having what she believes is an allergic reaction to mold in her cabin. She mentioned this to her counselors, who had Grandma Scorpion check the cabin for mold on 7/17; none was found. Her symptoms have persisted and worsened since that time, until her counselors insisted that she come to the nurses’ station first thing this morning.
