Camp Fairmarsh Incident Report

Date: July 9, 2003

Campers involved: Jessika Yamaguchi, Brooke Cunningham

Incident details: On the evening of July 9th, on returning to cabin 8 after dinner, Ms. Yamaguchi found her stuffed animal (rabbit) on her bed with the head torn off. According to her cabinmates, she immediately began screaming at Ms. Cunningham, blaming her for the decapitation of her stuffed rabbit. Her cabinmates report that Ms. Yamaguchi began to approach Ms. Cunningham in a threatening manner, but did not actually make physical contact with Ms. Cunningham.

After the girls were separated, Ms. Cunningham insisted that she had nothing to do with the decapitation of Ms. Yamag...
