Problem: I received a number of reports from the campers and staff members in Willow Unit that their cabins were leaking. One of the campers residing in cabin 8 of Willow Unit insisted that her bathing suits, which had been hung to dry on a clothesline inside of the cabin, were not drying properly, and that there must be a leak or other source of water inside of the cabin. A handful of reports came from other units with the same problem, but Willow Unit was far and away the largest concentration of complaints about the problem.

Action Taken: I examined all 10 of the cabins in Willow Unit, along with at least one cabin...
