3. Description of incident

    Patient indicated that last night, she had a particularly vivid nightmare related to a fire that engulfed the entirety of Camp Fairmarsh, and her inability to escape from the camp or the fire. Patient stated that she was alone in this dream, and neither saw nor heard any other campers or staff. Patient described the sensation of heat on her skin, and woke from this dream having thrown her sleeping bag and sheets onto the floor of her cabin. On waking, she also had a persistent headache.
