Individual(s) to be disciplined: Rogue (Kim Guerrero)

Incident leading to discipline: On the evening of June 26, Quicksilver (Carmen Gibbs) discovered that the lights had been left on in the newspaper office. On further investigation, she found that the door was unlocked.

On discussing this matter with Rogue (Kim Guerrero) on the morning of June 27, she said that, to the best of her knowledge, she had turned out the lights and locked the building on her departure in the afternoon on June 26, at roughly 4:00 p.m.. However, she was unable to state with 100 percent certain that she had double checked the door to the office...
