Camp Fairmarsh Incident Report

Date: June 19, 2003

Time: 4:00 p.m.

Reporting counselor: Morningstar (Lucinda Brown)

Campers involved: Jessika Yamaguchi, Brooke Cunningham

Incident details: On the afternoon of June 19th, Miss Cunningham reported that her cabinmate, Miss Yamaguchi, had been smoking outside of their cabin (#8). On locating Miss Yamaguchi, she insisted that a) she does not smoke, and b) she had not been smoking. She also suggested that perhaps it was Miss Cunningham who should be investigated, as Miss Yamaguchi did not smell cigarette smoke in the area. Counselor requested permission to examine Miss Yamaguchi’s belongings, which was granted begrudgingly.

Outcome: Investigation of Miss Yamaguchi’s belongings uncovered no eviden...
