Recently, my wife, Heidi, and I decided to go on a week- long getaway. We headed to the great city of Cleveland, Ohio, which I love so much that I used it as the backdrop for several scenes in my second novel. Our travels took us to the outskirts of Cleveland to a city named Parma, which is where my best friend, Mike, resides. Along with Mike, we were also planning on visiting with his mom and his sister.

The following events took place on the second day of our excursion to the Buckeye state.
