"You're over 500 years old and you haven't seen microscopic pictures before?" Said Wilder.
"I've seen them," Safa said. "Just have not paid much attention before."
Dr. Darrimor nodded, "Yes indeed, Princess Safa. All of us are made of cells, many different kinds, for every different type of tissue making up our bodies. These V-cells, however, are completely independent of any single system. They can't live outside of a human host, though. A mere few seconds of exposure to air kills them. They can only be passed from one infected person to another."
"Saying 'infected' makes me feel, I don't know, wrong," Ina said. "These things have blessed me with gifts beyond what most people could ever wish for."
