"Sir?" Kat asked.

"Please just shut him up so I can think," Jack said.

Argo punched Emilio once, sending his three hundred pound bulk sprawling across the ratty couch.

Outside, a dozen more soldiers stood watch around the trailer and their three black Humvees. Jack and Kat walked out of the trailer through the battered door.

"Based on the evidence, it looks like they knocked out this Emilio creep about four hours ago. They were driving a Hummer, the civilian kind, and headed north, most likely taking 95," said the Major.

"It was luck tracking down Paz del Mar. But I was four hours late," Jack sighed.

"And you still haven't heard anything from your tech team?"
