Tallia and Blake stood in the magic shop with grins from ear to ear. They were so excited that they were both starting at the magic academy four years earlier than normal. Of course, it was scary to think they would be going to school with 17-18-year-old witches that have many more years of experience than they did. That was the biggest hurdle that Blake and Tallia still needed to get over.

They would be the youngest witches to attend the academy in over a hundred years. This only made it more daunting for them. Tallia had heard stories from her parents about what the school would be like but she didn't think she would ever go this early but she knew that her best friend needed her and she was ahead in her schooling as well so it shouldn't be that big of a gap for her either.
