They had honed their magic over the last four years and with the help of Blake's creation they were masters at the mind magic they possessed. Penelope stood tall and strong next to her brother. Since they mastered their magic they both were able to control the minds of those who may or may not be willing and see their memories among other things. But right now they were making the three council members stand up from their seats and walk down to the floor where the four of them stood.
