Papers covered every surface of the dorm room including Tallia's bed which she had cleared off this morning before class but they found their way back over to her covers. In the chaos of the white and cream-colored pages scribbled with the rantings and numbers of a mad woman sat Blake right in the middle with a pencil behind her ear and several crumpled papers in her hands.
Her chestnut brown hair was frizzy and tangled from lack of showers and brushing. Tallia reminded her to shower this morning but it was now nearing five in the afternoon and she had only scribbled and scurried around the room as ideas and plans came to mind. Not even the grunting at the front door brought her attention anywhere but the papers.
