~Chapter 8~

     Lots of thoughts streamed her mind, as she laid there in hard labor, trying to breathe quietly and not cry out.  Her mind went back to a conversation with her mom a few months ago during one of her many visits while she was pregnant.  Her parents were a source of comfort to her through it.  Now, she wished they were there, helping her ride these waves of pain.

     “I think I should tell you about your sister, honey.”

     “Sister?”
