This super creamy, super easy recipe is one of my favorite comfort food recipes. Ready in about half an hour and really simple steps, this is a no-brainer anytime kind of dish.

HOW TO MAKE SURE IT'S DIVINE:

1. Don't overcook your pasta! I always shoot for the "middle" of the times recommended on the pasta packaging. In general, 7 minutes is cooked. Drain it well and remember to reduce the heat after the pasta comes off the boil, or you'll burn your cheese.
