When I was a kid, it was fairly popular to give out those enormous tins of three-flavor popcorn that would sit under the Christmas tree, and then in the bottom of the pantry for ages. While a great idea, I always thought that kind lacked the pizzaz necessary to make me want to eat it all before it got stale.
