I've tried many a different turkey recipe for Thanksgiving, and there are some gems out there! Among my favorites is this recipe for using fresh herbs and citrus that roasts with the meat and flavors it in a very light and refreshing way.

Citrus-meat combos have been a tradition in many parts of Europe and Asia for centuries and have been seen in culture cuisine from the ancient Greeks and Romans to modern Italian and Chinese families.
