Deviled crab has always been near and dear to me, having been born in Florida. There was once a small crab shack near the beach that would serve the most delicious deviled crabs you have ever tasted. Unfortunately, a hurricane wiped them out, but the memory lingers.

Occasionally, I still find a vendor here or there on the coast that sells something similar, but it was always difficult to get that same kind of taste at home. I discovered a casserole recipe that just about makes it, and is super easy too!
