I've always loved chocolate, but I didn't know the thrill of the combination of chocolate and spices before I was engaged to my husband. We went to a little shop that sold European chocolates, and I decided to try a bar that mixed dark chocolate with cherry and cayenne pepper. It was AMAZING. Unfortunately, the brand discontinued the flavor shortly after, but the flavors left an impact, and some time later I created this little gem.
