With the first week of July fast approaching, and our Independence Day with it, I thought it appropriate to present one of my best barbeque recipes. This recipe for oven barbequed spareribs was originally recorded in 1968, but the recipe goes back further than that.

I don't know about y'all, but where I live we usually get a load of thunderstorms passing through this time of year, and outdoor barbequing for the weekend is a rare ocurrance for someone without a screened in porch. Thankfully, as long as you have an oven and a skillet, you can make some delicious BBQ!
