Garlic Herb Potato Wedges

One of the easiest side dishes I make at home is my oven baked potato wedges. These herbed parmesan slices of heaven are quite nice as a side dish for most meat recipes, and they also make a great snack! 

While I don't shy away from difficult recipes, sometimes simpler is better. This recipe is both easy and easy to remember!
