Your daddy fell asleep in death on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at 2:45am. His memorial service was held on Thursday, December 3rd. We honored his request to have “he enjoyed every sandwich” engraved on his tombstone. Also, as he requested his obituary simply read “Endless Nameless enjoyed every sandwich”. It was the shortest obituary I ever read, but it was also the most appropriate.

We had numerous conversations about that Warren Zevon quote and what it meant to your daddy. We talked about how Zevon was an example of one who went out with dignity in the face of his eminent death. He died with his sense of humour intact. That is something your dad strived to emulate.
