The consultant came on Monday morning; and by six in the afternoon on Tuesday Allie was feeling very good about Gram’s B&B. Ms. Brown had loved the house and was very complimentary about the furnishings and décor. She helped Allie choose and hire an accountant. The paper work for all the required permits was completed and distributed to the correct agencies. The consultant left behind a list of last minute details that was literally four feet long and the knowledge that the B&B would be up and running by the target date.
