Her fingers curled in his chest hair as she put her face in the curve of his neck, inhaling the sweet scent of his skin. Salt, deep soil, ocean spray, a hint of pine. He stirred as if he were asleep but she knew better. Andalusia wrapped herself more tightly around him. She knew without looking that dawn was beginning, and their time was almost up. The sun would be peeking over the city, its orange glow washing all over the East side of Central Park, then it would reach his apartment, cutting through the large windows that overlooked the park and the city, Dawn would reach through the heavy curtains, and this peaceful moment would end.
