I had a good job. I paid my dad back and made some money besides, but I hated the crowds after being in Alaska for two years and having all the freedom in the world. You go back to a crowded city and people jostle you around; you just want to be a football player and say charge. But, I didn’t dare. I had to catch a bus at 6:30 a.m. to be to work by 8 a.m.
